It's a nice, clean, well-stocked store with a very helpful staff.....BUT.....according to one study, they have raised their prices by 25% on average in the last 4 years! Aldi's, just about half a mile south of there, also has a clean, well stocked store with an excellent selection of products, a very helpful staff, and their prices are dramatically less! We now shop 90% of the time at Aldi's.

Unfortunately, I went into Publix the other day and an associate by the name of Kymmie (customer service desk) begin to tell me that I had too many things in my buggy for her to ring me up. I had about 12 to 15 things and she said it was too much for her to do.

I begin to look for the manager, and the manager told me that it wasn’t too much for them to do.

So the manager and another associate at the customer service desk was nice enough to assist me. I also tipped the associate who helped me

Kymmie began to say that they normally take up to five items at the customer service desk. If you ask me, she was acting out of prejudice, discrimination or just not willing to work and assist me. I’ve never experienced something like this in public and I pray that I never have to again.

The new store update is a beautiful improvement in appearance. I have no issues with the store at all except for the parking lot. It's so uncomfortable and loud to push a cart across the extremely bumpy parking lot that I will often shop at a different pub lix so I don't have to deal with it.

I am a Publix girl my entire life having grown up in Florida and worked at Publix when in high school. This location is my go-to store as it's close proximity to where I live. Most of the employees are super friendly and know us. Always helpful. The main issue with this store is drivers do not stop and speed thru front area of entering and exiting store. On two occasions it was a near serious accident. It is a common issue many times and have seen other shoppers nearly hit. There are stop signs but they are ignored. I think it would benefit the store and shoppers if the stop signs were more visible and some red cones alerting drivers as to the crossing area! Hope this is addressed by Publix and Plaza before there is a serious injury or worse. But the store itself is clean, organized and lives up to Publix high standards. Deli and bakery should be more service oriented to customers waiting instead of behind the scenes work. I have waited while they shout we will be right with you! Customer first guys!

This store is our main store, we live within 1 mile, it is improving though every single time I'm usually assaulted with seafood stinking, sometimes upon entering other times not until I get closer to seafood section, this in my opinion is a sign of not fresh fish so therefore n I no longer purchase anything from that section, I've considered going somewhere else cause I can't stand the smell as I'm shopping, In my humble opinion the store should never have stinky fish smell
