Wir waren hier für eine Woche. War ein netter Aufenthalt. Zimmer war geräumig, auch wenn. Ok sauber bzw. Möbel schon einige Gebrauchsspuren haben.
Bad war auch ok, auch wenn ein Handtuch Halter von der Wand gefallen ist.

Hatten einen großen Kühlschrank und Küchenzeile. Leider etwas wenig Geschirr.
Von Zimmern neben an bekommt man nicht so viel mit. Hin und wieder mal etwas.

Zimmer Service hat manchmal auf sich warten lassen. Wir waren einmal einen ganzen Tag unterwegs und wollten Reinigung haben, aber es kam keiner. Am Tag darauf wurde dann gereinigt.

Frühstück bietet einiges an Auswahl und ist zwischen den Tagen unterschiedlich. Für die Waffeln gibt es sehr viele Beilagen.

Personal an der Rezeption war meist sehr freundlich, vereinzelt nicht so freundlich.
Eines Tages hatten wir einen fehl Alarm. Alarm war sehr laut aber wurde durch das Personal nach kürze behoben.

I had an incredible experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Ft. Worth - North TX, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Rene for going above and beyond!

During my stay, I accidentally threw my retainers in the trash—a costly mistake. When I realized what had happened, I was stressed and panicked, unsure how I would recover them. Rene, however, stepped in like a true hero. Without hesitation, he put on gloves, grabbed a bag, and assisted me in digging through the trash until we found my retainers.

This act of kindness and willingness to help was not only impressive but truly heartwarming. Rene's professionalism, care, and dedication to ensuring I left happy and stress-free are unparalleled. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely goes the extra mile, and Rene embodies the essence of exceptional customer service.

Thank you, Rene, for turning what could have been a disaster into a story I’ll never forget. You are a shining example of the Hilton brand’s commitment to guests, and your efforts made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel—not just for its comfort and amenities but for the incredible team members like Rene who make every guest feel valued and cared for!

Stopped for a night as most Dallas hotels were fully booked. The first room was noisy with a dog barking nearby, so I requested a change. The second room was decent, though the kitchen sink tap was loose, and the footrest was worn. Breakfast was mediocre, with the driest cheese omelet and a poor selection. Tried using the fitness center, but one treadmill was broken, and the other had loose belts, making it unsafe. Found a leaking ceiling contained with a pail, and the recreational area’s card access was broken. The hotel badly needs refurbishment as the facilities feel outdated—far from Hilton’s usual standard. The only highlight was the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who deserve 5 stars.

Guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Location was good and the security gate that locks at 11pm (can unlock with key card) made us feel even safer. Our only issues were the shower water not getting hot enough and the tv remote was MIA.

Booked the room for a week. we had to leave the 1st night at 3:00 in the morning because our nose was so stuffy we couldn't sleep it breathe. When you first walk in the room it lioks looks nice. you can tell that the maids do a good job cleaning. The layout of the room is also nice. I like how the living room is separate from the bedroom. The problem was the AC unit and vents look like they haven't been cleaned in over 5 years. there's water damage and mold grow right above the air duct which is blowing directly into the bed in the bedroom. The overnight staff was friendly and moved us to another room. That 2nd room had the same issue. If you're someone with allergies or are sensitive to dust and mold I definitely would not stay here. They don't mean it's their AC units and they definitely don't change their filters. The AC unit was about 5 ft tall and the whole thing was covered in dust

Staying here now and wish I had read reviews first. This place is gross and it’s disappointing that Hilton threw its name on it. There are multiple places where water has obviously leaked into the ceiling and walls, complete with burst paint bubbles. Carpet tiles are somewhat new but peeling up. Furniture is scuffed up and there are “oatmeal” stains everywhere. Stay someplace else! I wish I had.

We arrived after driving for 8 hours and just exhausted. We had two king suites and both have no AC... 76 in one room and the other was 78. I have an infant so that's not going to work. And the pool is so dirty so it's closed... The phone was also unplugged and just sitting on the table. So we called the front desk and they said that they haven't heard of any ac issues (reading reviews I now know that's not true) so we were offered two rooms a couple floors up. We exit the one and only working elevator to the strong smell of tuna. Already turned away from that but we decided okay we need to see this room we walk up and the dogs next door were barking so badly... we expressed since I have an infant and two small children that won't work. They said they have one more room that's by the elevator. We declined and went next door and got a beautiful room with working AC and pool. The staff was kind.

Less than impressed with this Hilton. Everything is outdated and didn't feel clean. The free breakfast was disappointing even though the one worker was trying hard to keep everything stocked up. The hallways are hot and there is only one working elevator that's old and takes forevvvver. We checked in digitally and picked our room, but when we got there, our room was taken and we had to stay in a different room. We had a suite but the ac didn't work for both rooms, so to keep one room tolerable, the other room had to be freezing cold. The pull out couch was junk and wasn't furnished with any bedding. The mattress was not anything I felt ok with sleeping on because it was so dirty and old. The couch and carpet were stained and dingy and the bathtub was incredibly gross. Don't recommend this place for future potential guests.
