Firstly, this is a card only business, I walked in to a line with cash only, not knowing. I order my everything bagel with smoked lox spread and a coffee, pull out my cash and was saddened by the news of cash only...

The servers let me keep the coffee, and I had to order my bagel online since I didn't have my card with me.

The everything bagel tastes like an everything bagel from back in the day, and they are huge. The crust is perfect while the inside stays soft.

The smoked lox spread is zesty, creamy, and full of chunks lox.

The service is great, the atmosphere of the whole joint with the people in there is amazing, everyone sitting inside was enjoying their food with either a huge smile on their faces.

Even though they have a huge line most of the time, the staff is super fast, and the wait time is low which was a pleasant surprise.

Recomiendo muchísimo venir a probar estos Bagels, son grandes de tamaño y el sabor es increíble, pedimos unos de salmón ahumado “Brighton Beach” con queso crema de scallions y el bagels tenía tope de queso asiago, estaba full de relleno y otro bagels de Pastrami con huevo muy bueno y full relleno. Pedimos 2 café capuchinos delicioso. Simplemente un buen lugar para desayunar. Lo único es q las filas son largas para pedir y no hay muchas mesas para sentarte

So nice!! The Brighton Beach bagel sandwich was amazing! So was the pickle! The staff were lovely and patient helping me choose what to order (we don't really have these amazing bagel shops in Australia).

This place was delicious! I can honestly say this was one of the best, if not the best bagel I have ever had, and this is coming from someone who works in the bagel industry. The bagel was the perfect amount of fluffy and had that signature crunch on the crust that a good bagel should have. I have tried both the brighton beach (pictured) and the Rocky's deli. Both sandwiches were great! Just make sure to order them toasted.

In terms of the staff, they were lovely. The "lady who doesn't eat fish" (only a fact I know because I stupidly consistently asked her what her favorite fish sandwiches were) took my order both times and was very nice!

Overall, especially because the sandwiches included a sweet and spicy pickle in the bag, I highly recommend this bagel shop. They are a bit on the pricey range with their sandwiches falling in the $12-$18 range but definitely worth it and definitely a full meal. All the sandwiches me and my friends tried were delicious so I don't think you can go wrong here.

The bagel was overall good. The cream cheese almost tasted more like sour cream Didn’t have the thick cream cheese consistency that I’m used to. It was very thin and almost foamy which really changed the whole taste and texture of the bagel. The inside layout of the building is absolute chaos when it’s busy. It was really hard to tell which line was what, where to order, the self order kiosk was impossible to get to with all the people crammed inside. If I ever went back I’d order ahead of time for pickup to skip the mess of having to order inside. Also be aware they told me it was 10 minutes to have a toasted bagel because they do it on a flat top, not a bagel toaster.

Had the pleasure of stopping in today after an overnight shift. I ordered the OMFG Bagel which allows you to pick your own bagel no additional cost it came with chicken bacon egg and aged cheese although the sandwich was delicious and had a hint of spice to it. I don’t like how hard the chicken was especially with it being 8am and the bagel being $17 I would think it would be fresh. But I’m willing to give them another try the customer service is great and the atmosphere was good it’s connected to Gino’s East

I must say that I did not know this location existed! Visited other locations, though, and am so glad this one is in a convenient location. Bagels are fresh and the cost of a bagel and cream cheese (or butter) is worth it at $5.25. This recent visit, ordered two bagels: Sesame Bagels with Basil Cream Cheese (tasted like Pesto) and Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Strawberry Cream Cheese - one half of each pictured here.
