I called 10 places before I called these guys; the prior 10 could not or likely did not have the desire to do my needed repair work.

I have written about this in other recent reviews; most shops do not want the little work that keeps us on the road. They want the breakdown service calls or after hours calls that bring bigger money.

Everyone is short staffed, so saying no to the smaller work is easy to do right now, but when the easy money dries up you will be stuck with the reputation you make and right now these guys are doing it right and I hope they continue to do right and succeed.

THESE GUYS!! I was in a pinch and they handled me immediately (30 min before close!) took care of my diff fluid for less than I was going to pay for the Fluid alone at parts store!! GREAT GUYS!!

The negative reviewer doesn't understand that it is our policy that even if you had your truck repaired at one of our competitors, that we must still inspect the truck (at no expense if the truck was initially inspected at our facility) to ensure that the repairs meet DOT requirements. Furthermore, wait times will vary drastically. We favor no particular race, gender, ethnicity, etc. We strive to please all our customers and provide a quality, Fast,affordable service. Unfortunately not all our customers are patient or understand the way our facility functions. Please understand that even the best of can lose our temper, especially working under the pressure and other factors that we work under. I'm sorry that you feel that way sir, but you should know that we can not simply trust the repairs that were made, we must check them again, not to find more problems and make money off of you (we don't even charge you to check it the second time), we check it for your safety and the safety of all the people that share the road with you.
