Das Hotel ist super, sauber und ziemlich neu. Courtyard Standard, die Hotels sind da sehr ähnlich. Wir waren mitten in der Woche für 2 Übernachtungen vor Ort, die Preise variieren von Werktags zu Wochenende sehr. Am Sa oder Sonntag kostet eine Übernachtung zum Beispiel 120$, zwischen Montag und Freitag 180$, was allerdings für das Hotel m. Meinung nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Die Lage ist suboptimal am Flughafen Long Beach, aber alles relativ schnell erreichbar; nach Hollywood ca 20 Meilen, nach Downtown 15, Santa Monica ebenfalls.||Frühstück IST nicht inkl. genauso die Parkkosten. Für einen Zettel an der Scheibe zahlt mal 10$/Nacht, kontrollieren tut es niemand...spart euch das Geld.

Zimmer gebucht, Angekommen und Hotel hat ohne mich zu informieren mein Zimmer an eine Gruppe vergeben. Dann haben sie mich in eine Absteige gesteckt zu gleichen Preis. Nie wieder.

Stayed here 2 nights after cruising. As we arrived early, our room was actually ready. The manager said since we are BonVoy members, we qualified for an upgrade. We relaxed and watched football for about an hour before the suite was cleaned and ready. Not one complaint about anything. Everyone was nice and always greeted us when we passed by. The room and property were always clean. The hot tub was actually nice and hot. Plenty of food options within walking distance. We will definitely stay again.

This place is mixed nuts. My stay was nice except they never came to freshen my room. I had to ask them to come. I stayed her for 7 days. They said their policy is to clean every other day. They only came the one time asked. The remote and TVs don’t work real well. Also missing a cute pair of pajamas. The lost and found won’t call me back. And the person handling the phones now is rude and unprofessional. Not waiting for answers and just hanging up the phone. The desk team when I checked in was very professional. The fire alarm kept going off one night. It was false alarms. But when you’re trying to sleep….The day I showed up there were police everywhere. I sat in my car till they started pulling out the parking lot. There’s no data in the rooms. Service for cellphones it’s terrible. The place presents well. Like I said mixed nuts.

Great hotel. Staff/concierge are wonderful and communicate with you very easily. Location is right next to airport and walking distance from grocery store (Whole Foods), and multiple restaurants. There is a bistro and a Starbucks in the lobby as well.

This hotel was absolutely amazing... everything was perfect. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the way a situation was poorly handled.

I had 80 dollars worth of stuff taken from my room after housekeeping cleaned my room one day. Im hoping it was a mistake on the cleaner's part. But when we told housekeeping management, she said that the cleaner believes she threw it away. Instead of taking responsibility, she told us that there is nothing she can do and that if I want I can call the police to start an investigation. I was shocked that this was what they choose for me as a Marriott member and only for 80 dollars. This was a birthday gift and they made it seem like it was no big deal and as a big corporation, you would believe that they would take responsibility for their mistake.

Other than this, this stay was great but I am disappointed in the response of my missing belongings.

Best option for our cruise to fly into Long Baech. Great staff and service. Lisa at front desk went above and beyond to help with our check-in and needs. As a Marriott Gold member this Hotel is one of my favorites, due to the staff. Location is amazing but staff is the best. Thank you so much for making our first night of our trips so amazing each time.

Was allowed to check in early after a
cruise. Daniel was very helpful with information about surrounding restaurants, they have plenty in walking distance. (Good Breakfast at Sunrise Cafe and Delicious burgers at Habit Burger) Was offered a shuttle for our departure to the airport.
