The plus side is no bed bugs and, primarily, friendly front desk personnel.

Walking in you are given the impression of long term resident stays. There is an apathy about the state of the motel.

Walked into room and carpet was not only stained, but there was debris indicating that it has not been vacuumed. In the bathroom there was no hot water—lukewarm at best—however, there was a long black hair in the bathtub whereas mine is blonde and short.

The ceiling is an odd pressed hay looking effect of which many pieces were hanging loose.

This led me to check for cleanliness elsewhere. There was dust on very raised surface; headboard, pictures, and the ledge of the shower insert. Looking down to unplug my phone this morning I also notice debris between the bed and nightstand which included a used bandage not from me.

The bed linens were discolored to a yellow and the duvet did not have any cover other than a flat sheet over it. The linens in the bathroom were stained.

The microwave begins running when you open its door and the refrigerator was turned all the way up which I did not notice until my fruits were frozen the next morning. So, if you want ice cream that is a plus.

The continental breakfast is not worth mentioning as a whole. It is obvious there was once more choices since there is both ketchup and hot sauce in a condiment receptacle. I am guessing it is not for the cereal, toast or stale mini muffins offered. This morning was the least impressive being that they did have one piece of fruit out—an orange which was squishy with rot on half of the outside

I could also mention things like there was an in-room mini coffee pot which was placed nowhere near an outlet or the fact that several cords lay on the floor between the desk or they do not attended to more than every 3 days unless upon request. I did request yesterday, it did not happen.

Again, no bed bugs as of this point. So that is a big win after what I witnessed.

They are so nice to me and treat me with kindness!! They’ll call to see if my room needs anything and follow through I love it here pay them more! Breakfast is good and the weight room is cleaned I like it here. Staff is always fun to talk and hang around pay them more.

This hotel fit all of our needs it's close to everything, the front desk was very helpful and the housekeeping dose a really good job in the rooms, you can tell the owners really care about the place and are trying to keep up with the demand. Breakfast was good and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend this place and it's a good price!!

If you just need a clean, safe place to sleep, this fits the bill. Otherwise, don’t expect much. The breakfast is piddley and amenities are limited because they will be closing in less than 2 weeks.

BED BUGS!!! just horrible

office lady had an attitude off the jump and said how her hotel doesn’t have bed bugs and people come in and ect. WE ARE FROM WI and we are very clean people. we then took a picture of the “management” and she said that the picture we took wasn’t the management. i then gave my information and she said they’d get pest control to come in on tuesday or monday to actually see if there’s bed bugs and how she checked and there was none.

I should be able to go on vacation and OUT OF STATE AT THAT. and i should not have to worry about looking for bed bugs and enjoy myself. ruined my whole weekend, and they didn’t offer no type of assistance and was plain rude the whole time.

had a one night stay and woke up to see a big bed bug and i requested a refund and they said they cannot do it right away and how they need to get a bug inspection and how we left toilet paper in the toilet and we did not. this place is unprofessional no hospitality or good service

A few other hotels in the area had recent reviews with bed bugs, so we thought this place would be safer. You're probably better off at a place with bed bugs. We had a few issues with our room, including the cleanliness and what should have been included. We tried to bring this up to the desk but the best they could do was a $17 discount"only because we're rewards members." If you're not a member, good luck I guess. Sparing some other details, don't count on going to bed early as some of the rooms are overlooking the pool with terrible soundproofing. Other visitors should totally be able to use the pool, but I really didn't want to listen to shouting until late. I'm not sure how they could use the pool, however, because it was really dirty and definitely not maintained. The breakfast area is small and quickly gets crowded, and the staff tried to stop us from bringing food up to our room even though there was no seating. If you want to skip the headache of getting your money back, don't stay here because it definitely isn't worth it.

Sometimes Choice hotels are hit or miss. Room was clean, staff was friendly. There were some damages in the bathroom that needed repairs, a hole in the wall and the shower faucet was loose. Water pressure sucked and the shower was cold. I'd stay here again, but the hotel should pay attention to the minor repairs needed. I suspect the faucet had something to do with the cold shower and sucky water pressure.

This hotel was amazing, great staff! The best housekeepers and front desk people. The breakfast was great ! The pool is clean and the fitness room was great they let us use fitness room all night. And their pet friendly so the dog can come with 🥰 over all great
