I was literally just at this store and I received the worst customer service by the general manager. I asked if I can get something from the shelf behind counter and this guy interrupts me in an aggressive manner like I was holding him up. There was no one in the store. I told him well let me finish telling you what I want. He brought down two absolute vodkas almost would have slammed them if he could. Mind you the guy before me he was being really nice to. Maybe he has issues with woman. I have been here before and have never been treated this bad by the other employees. I also frequent Flanigans the restaurant and never had an issue.

This place has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've done multiple pickup orders and they are always friendly when they call to confirm the orders were ready. They are quick at getting orders ready. Always helpful when ans courteous when I've been there. Good location also, next door to Flanigans.

I want there late at night when all the liquor stores around me were closed, first time there, and the gentleman who was there working that night was extremely helpful polite and straight up awesome. He was such a gentleman, that when i arrived he was on his way out to take out the trash, and the store door was locked, he stop what he was doing to let me inside the store so I can purchase my drinks. Amazing person. Will go there again.

Cada vez que voy a comprar algun wiskey con un billete de 50 $ o de 100 $ , me dicen (solo el señor hispano) que es la ultima vez porque se acaba el cambio! realmente extraño en un negocio en este hermoso pais !
Every time I go to buy some whiskey with a $50 or $100 bill, they tell me (only the Hispanic man) that it is the last time because the change runs out! really strange in a business in this beautiful country!

Received bad customer service and the owner was extremely aggressive and rude towards me when I told him my husband
and I were sent from the restaurant next door to check out his wine selection. He instantly judged us or me for that matter. Raises his voice as if annoyed by my inquiry. I felt like i was unwanted in his store. I really wanted to purchase a few bottles of wine as gifts but changed my mind because of his actions and responses. I will not recommend this store. EVER!. BAD, Bad customer service at least towards women or people of color.

Always greeted the moment you walk in the door.... Prices are very reasonable... And also they have a loyalty plan that when you spend $25 you get a point once you accumulate 10 points you get a $20 gift card to flanigan's.

It can be a little pricey here, but the service you receive makes it worth it. I was there yesterday, a gentleman named Steven helped me and my friends. He knew about the different wines and made awesome suggestions for whiskey and other types of drinks we looked at. Thanks Steven!!!
