Our group stays at Homewood Suites every Summer. We love the amenities. The Suites are adequate and comfortable. My only knock is that every Summer our Check-in and Check-out is a disaster. I reserve all of the Suites on my credit card. Then each person splits the cost, paying half of their room charges. Sounds simple but the bills are messed up every year. It has become annoying. Other than that we love the location and the staff is great.

Overall, it was okay. They had a mix-up, and we received the key to an occupied room. It's pretty scary if you think about it, but no harm, no foul. We went in and noticed the room was decorated and immediately left. The people whose room it was were returning as we walked out. We, of course, went back downstairs, and they gave us keys to another room. Took a bit of time, and we didn't get the nap originally anticipated after driving in town from Texas for a birthday party. Breakfast was okay outside of the staff in the room, gossiping the WHOLE time. I toasted a bagel and had a cup of tea. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the front desk was nice. I'd go again .

We arrived at our room and the room smelled. It smelled of stagnant smoke or just old carpet that needed to be cleaned. We contacted front desk and they were nice enough to change our room. The next room….better, but when you turn on the air in, the smells just comes through the vents. It’s time to replace the carpet or something. We used to love coming here, but even the pool hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. We literally had to wave our arms in the water to push away all the bugs floating in the pool. Clearly nobody is taking care of the pool either. Sad. It used to be our favorite spot to stop for a night on our way to Kentucky. Highly doubt we will stay here again.

This hotel(Motel) needs to be rebranded as the “HOMELESS SUITES” . Rooms smell like Cigarettes, Housekeeping does a terrible job cleaning ,stained towels in the room that also smell like smoke, spider webs on the ceiling. But luckily for them still recieved my business being that i’m here for work and every other hotel in the area is booked up . I didn’t intend to leave even a review after all this but today was icing on the cake , I went to the laundry room to wash laundry mind you both washers and dryers were open i wash my clothing , than put in dryer I leave for 20 mins to my room which is my fault ok, I come back my belongings are gone i go to to the front desk to see if they know anything and the OBESE lady working the front desk with glasses who claims she is the manager under the Gm ,for one can not handle a disgruntled customer infromed me that a guest that’s been living at the property for months had complained to her as well that his stuff was taken from the washer but just thrown all over the floor which i Don’t care not to be rude but that does not solve my issue of my stuff being missing . So i asked her to call the gentleman and ask if maybe my stuff had been mistakenly mixed all she could say is i don’t know what room he is in nor do i think he took your stuff . Well that’s another red flag you to mean to tell me A) you know the guest and B) don’t know the room of the guest that’s been doing business with you for months what a joke . Furthermore she gets mad cuz i’m mad and threatens to call the police because I’m swearing and pissed my stuff is gone I didn’t threaten her well being nor damage anything at the hotel . I’ve never had these problems at any other hilton i’ve stayed at . If i could give this extended stay motel a 0 I would

Spacious suites, clean, all appliances operable. The entire establishment should be proud. The front desk clerk and manager were very hospitable, professional, courteous. Will making you feeling, valued and respected. This place has great amenities and at very reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again. On a scale of 1to 10 it's a 9. Nothing's perfect. But close.

Great staff, excellent food for breakfast. Location is set back in the trees. Much nicer than feeling like you're living next to a highway but close to all necessities.

I found this through the Hilton app when planning a road trip. It was a good stopping point for us. and a good price. Like an apartment complex with different buildings. We were in the last building, so the lobby/breakfast area was directly behind our room. Rooms are like small apartments with kitchens, and the bedroom had a door separating from living area. Designed for extended stays but definitely nice even for a quick stop. It was quiet and clean…is a bit worn, but we ran into nothing unacceptable.
