The hotel is clean but our room had no hot water so we had to be moved late at night. The heater in the room was way off and hard to set. When we asked to talk to a manager we were told they would contact us but never did. We will not stay there again.

FYI! NO elevator! (Is that ADA acceptable without being posted on the website?) No continental breakfast. Small rooms with no counter space. Staying three days we asked for towel service, that didn't happen. Hotel policy is maid service every other day, that didn't happen either. I guess I expect too much from over priced rooms. We had to go to the front desk and pick up towels. We'll never use this Courtyard again even though our daughter lives in Vacaville. A sad representation of the Marriott brand. Customer service is non-existent. Obviously we did not stay in the same hotel with the five star reviews.

It is very hard to be positive about this hotel. The pool and hot tub were closed, apparently under construction although this is not specified on the website. There is also some construction around the lobby which makes the stay less than pleasant. My room seemed clean but with lots of wear and tear. The location is OK, across the street from the outlets and easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. Staff were subpar.

Great hotel! Going through some renovations but I stay on a weekly basis and have always had a renovated room and have never been inconvenienced. The best part is the staff, everyone is friendly, but no one beats the bartender Lupita! Super friendly super service, super person! Lots of regular business travelers and she makes us all feel like family.
