Wie waren ehrlich positiv überrascht. Das Self Checkin erinnert eher an eine Billigairline.
Die nicht alkoholischen Getränke sind kostenlos und für den Rest muss man extra zahlen.
Dafür hatten wir auf dem Flug immer gratis wifi und deutlich mehr Sitzabstände als bei anderen Airlines.

I was very surprised this trip. I i started flying with them when they first started when they were really, really good. Then the service started getting bad, and it was just becoming horrible, so I stopped flying with them. I just have to get an expensive flight.That was over five and a half hours, and I was very surprised that it was an extremely comfortable, an easy flight. I hope they keep it up and don't screw it up like last time.

Was treated extremely poorly on the way to Grand Cayman. We purchased a Mint class ticket and on the second leg business/mint is not available ( not told) when booking and has to walk to row 18 with NO ASSIST from the crew for a non mobile passenger.

When requested this service the crew told us to “take our time” and the flight could wait. In total the flight was delayed 30 minutes of boarding time.

Never again, we booked with another airline for the return trip. This is greater than sad😭

I have not flown JetBlue in quite awhile. My reasoning for 3 stars has nothing to do with staff. From the counter to the plane, staff were nice and helpful.
My issue was with the headrest TV. I was excited to be able to watch a movie before napping. My monitor as well as a few others did not work. It would turn off and back on the whole time. It never had a signal. The light kept me up all night. I could not turn it off or dim it either. I did talk with the flight attendant but she could not help me. Sadly, I paid extra to sit in the seat. The attendant gave me a credit voucher for $15. I will need to apply it to another flight within a year. With my tuff schedule this means I will get nothing.

Such a great airline with a MINT (Business Class) service on trans-continental flights and flights to Europe from JFK and BOS. I enjoyed my MINT seat and the service. It makes the flight more pleasant and time well spent.

JetBlue uses the incredibly well designed Harvey Milk Terminal 1, which gives the passenger a super inviting and low stress experience.

SFO Jetblue does not have 24/7 business hours. The kiosks are the only thing available 24/7. The baggage drop off is open during specific times. Southwest passengers (next door) had no problems with 3 people helping them.
