Front desk person was extremely nice and helpful. We appreciated the early check in, being able to select where our room was, and her advice on the airport shuttle and parking. The room was completely clean and the bed comfortable. We had to sleep at unusual hours in order to catch our early flight and did not have any issues with noise.

Had to stay here last minute for a flight because of the weather. We checked in (and booked) the room about 2am. The lady working the front desk was so kind and patient. We scheduled a 5am slot for the airport shuttle. It runs every 30 minutes. We did park & fly. When we arrived back, we called the hotel and the shuttle showed up in about 10 minutes. The walk in and out of the airport to the shuttle is a breeze. Great option for airport!

Rooms are always clean and the pay and park option for the airport is great. The 24hr shuttle arrived within 10 minutes after notifying them we were grabbing out luggage. Great spot

Clean, spacious area to gather with TV and fireplace. And it seems like only 10 minutes from anywhere. (Here in Toronto everything is an hour away.) Very pleasant front desk staff. n.b. If you want your room cleaned daily, you need to request it. Ordinarily it is every 2nd day.

I recently stayed at Courtyard Cincinnati Airport and had an exceptional experience, even under unexpected circumstances. During my stay, I fell ill, and Ms. Wanda went above and beyond to assist me. She guided emergency services to my room and showed genuine concern for my well-being. Additionally, she volunteered to help with my niece, who was traveling with me, ensuring she was well taken care of.

The rest of the hotel staff were equally attentive, frequently checking in to ask how I was feeling throughout my stay. Their kindness and professionalism made a challenging situation much more manageable. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. The outside, inside lobby and room were very clean. Despite not having a pool, we were told we could go to their sister property for a swim. Check-out was a breeze. Ms. Pat was so polite and interacting with her wrapped up our stay perfectly. I highly recommend Courtyard Cincinnati Airport for their outstanding service and compassionate staff.

Basic hotel. A/C in the room would not shut off. The staff did a great job in moving me. The room was ok. The ironing board and iron were old and difficult to use.

Location is efficient as it’s just a few minutes from the airport and you’re 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The hotel is right on the border of Kentucky and Cincinnati so it’s very quiet and calm over there. Rooms and hotel aesthetic are all pleasant. Staff I encountered were all friendly.

Food options and culinary service here need major overhaul:

Complimentary coffee in the lobby needs to be offered…lady behind counter filled my coffee cup and gave it back to me and said the “condiments are over there” so your charging me for self serve? and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner needs upgrading…breakfast should be a buffet if we have to pay for it and maybe hire a culinary chef looking to get come corporate experience and work on his or her art for dinner as the food at these prices are on the higher side (hotel lobby convenience up charge) open for lunch as well… maybe buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ordered an avocado toast with egg and I got 2 slices of store bought bread with avocado smear on it No artisanal bread ? No fresh avocado?

There’s a couple of food options walking distance to hotel but it was basic and one of the places I tried was forgettable.
