Typischer seven Eleven, hier gibt es leckeres Essen snacks Getränke alles was man braucht. Und das zu akzeptablen Preisen. Die Angestellten waren auch immer sehr freundlich wir waren jeden Tag hier.

Older black dude & lady were in the store, mislabeled a product & mischarged us, admitted they made a mistake labeling the product, & refused to give us a refund for their mistake. The dude just laughed in our face & said he won't give us a refund, & then proceeded to follow us OUT of the store to ask if there was a problem as we're getting in our car. So extremely rude.

The black male whos name tag says cookie on it was very hostile and vulgar and followed us out trying to fight us I don't know what his problem was we bought beer and chips never said anything bad to him at all owners need to watch cameras and see how he treats ppl

This 7 eleven can be improved in regards to stocked merchandise and inside appearance. The elder lady was very sweet and helpful and pleasant. This area is a bit low light but the 24 hour is good convenience when you need something.

First off an employee was smoking right in front of the enterance blew her smoke out as I walked in. Second an older lady behind the register was yelling at my 12 year old because she was using the wrong cups for her ice coffee, seemed very upset that my daughter used the only Coffee cups that were available to her. The cashier had the cups hidden behind the register I asked her why the cups where behind hidden and not out for the public she said that she didn't want people touching the cups so I asked then why are the other coffee cups out that people could touch she just gave me a look and said that the cups were for coffee and I said well she's getting ice coffee and she just gave this stupid look I was super upset and told my daughter to pay her ice coffee so we could leave .the cashier and I started yelling at each other a simple note to the public. And some customer service lessons for her it was my first and last visit to that 7 eleven location hope it gets shut down

It's a little hidden 7/11 off the strip and never really crowded . Store was super clean and owner is friendly . Only thing is they don't have napkins out for customer guess they have a problem with people taking them. Asked for a napkin with my coffee and was given one when I asked for a second d I got a wierd look from the owner. Cleanliness out weighs the napkins and lack of crowd being off strip gets a star over all 4 stars.

A Black Male who claims to work there stands at the door out of uniform and harasses multiple individuals and I noticed it is white patrons as he said things to me multiple times that I just ignore him. He wears no name tag and if he does work there it is extremely unprofessional to allow an employee to hang out in the establishment of business. This 7-11 that I visited before work five times a week has lost my business as well the business of my co-workers who car pool with me.

Worst customer service I've ever had in a 711. The second you walk in the staff follows you to make sure you don't steal. And I've been coming here for years. The owner needs to hire new people that have a little customer service experience.
